Responsible for ensuring that good client relations are maintained and that client plans are operating efficiently and effectively. **Responsibilities** * Ensures team follows operational and administrative processes. Analyzes trends and recommends process enhancements to improve team performance. * Acts as an escalation point for complex problems that less experienced resources cannot solve.
