Responsible for ensuring that good client relations are maintained and that client plans are operating efficiently and effectively. **Responsibilities** * Ensures team follows operational and administrative processes. Analyzes trends and recommends process enhancements to improve team performance. * Acts as an escalation point for complex problems that less experienced resources cannot solve. Provides input into decision-making processes. * Communicates with clients and prospects to support their operational and administrative needs and ensure high client satisfaction. Communicates any significant client issues with their relationship managers. * Provides subject matter expertise and leadership support for business initiatives.
