Manager, Risk Management: Customer Resiliency We're embarking on an exciting new chapter in how we manage risk and drive resiliency across our organization—and we want _you_ to be a key part of it! We are seeking a proactive, sharp-minded Manager, Risk Manager who will excel in a team environment and are skilled in risk management, process improvements, and analytics to join our Customer Resiliency team. Primary responsibilities will include driving modernization initiatives to enhance control performance and operational effectiveness, collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver destination state controls and standards, and advancing a data drive strategy that assesses and mitigates risk across the organization. This role includes a balance of people leadership, process, and risk management.
