4 years of Risk Management experience, 4 years of Project or Process Management experience, 4 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients, 2 years of leading Process improvement efforts, 2 years of People Management experience
Nice to Have
Bachelors’ degree or Military experience, 5+ years of Risk Management, Compliance or Risk Controls experience, 2+ years of experience with data management, reporting and analytics, 2+ years of experience working with Technology and Data teams, including tracking data and reporting on key performance indicators, 2+ years of experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) or Tableau, 1+ years of experience using Lean & Six Sigma tools and methodology, At least 1 year of experience reporting and analyzing data, BPM, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

Manager, Risk Management: Customer Resiliency We're embarking on an exciting new chapter in how we manage risk and drive resiliency across our organization—and we want _you_ to be a key part of it! We are seeking a proactive, sharp-minded Manager, Risk Manager who will excel in a team environment and are skilled in risk management, process improvements, and analytics to join our Customer Resiliency team. Primary responsibilities will include driving modernization initiatives to enhance control performance and operational effectiveness, collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver destination state controls and standards, and advancing a data drive strategy that assesses and mitigates risk across the organization. This role includes a balance of people leadership, process, and risk management.
