Prioritize approved changes
Communicate system changes to business
Facilitate training for system changes
Lead consultation processes for changes
Complete end to end testing
Develop/update training material for changes
Execute training for approved changes
Support incident review
Review proposed fixes
Complete testing of fixes
Analyze incident trends and root causes
Propose system enhancement
Ensure fixes are tracked
Be business approver for system user access
Resolve Service Request queries
Facilitate weekly governance forums
Update relevant support materials
Distribute support materials
Support development of Annual Maintenance Calendar
Support development of SOW
Complete Annual User Recertification
Complete Disaster Recovery Drills
Support End to End System Testing
Complete annual Third-Party Security Assessment
Complete associated vendor assessments
Complete annual BAU price negotiation
Perform billing and invoice reconciliation
