The RBS Control and Customer Outcomes Team (CCO) is focused on supporting RBS to have best practice management of risks, controls and conduct to ensure customers get the right outcomes. We aim to make things simple and easy so that our customers receive the best experience and want to do more business with us. **Do work that matters:** As the **Manager, Risk and Control Governance Planning and Reporting** you will partner closely with key business areas, including the RBS Financial Crime, Remediation and Privacy teams, to strengthen risk visibility, uplift control environments and support the effective delivery of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs). You will support the Senior Manager to drive improved understanding and management of risks and controls across the business. Key accountabilities include: * Identifying and assessing risks and obligations, ensuring they are appropriately managed within appetite. * Supporting business stakeholders in the design and implementation of controls and compliance arrangements to enable better risk and compliance outcomes. * Advising and supporting business stakeholders with issue and incident management, including identification, root cause analysis and closure. * Supporting the proactive monitoring and embedment of data quality in RiskInSite and associated monthly reporting. * Providing advice, guidance and facilitating consultation with stakeholders on risk management practices and framework requirements * Contributing to risk, incident, issue and control reporting, including sourcing, collating and validating RiskInSite data to support RBS and CCO reporting and attestations * Analysing, tracking and reportin
