What You'll Do.
Maintain strategic and daily operational plans
Provide technical guidance for attractions
Provide technical support for systems
Ensure department follows policies
Coordinate and assign technicians
and maintain equipment
Maintain documentation system for attractions
Complete daily reports for shift activities
Ensure equipment maintains safety levels
Provide technical guidance to technicians
Build team cohesion and motivation
Perform technical oversight duties
Oversee technical interaction with third parties
Develop working relationship with contractors
Enforce technical principles for quality product
Support and advise on achieving goals
Advise on status and engineering quality
Uphold collective bargaining agreements
Develop and implement action plans
Develop training programs
Develop workforce planning
Develop rewards and recognition programs
