Full Job Description

## Accountabilities In this role, you will own and strengthen revenue forecasting, CRM governance, and cross-functional reporting to ensure accurate, actionable visibility into organizational performance. Own and continuously improve AI-enabled revenue forecasting models integrating pipeline, capacity, and program data across revenue streams. Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into revenue health and performance trends. Track forecast vs. actual performance, identifying variances early and delivering clear, actionable insights to stakeholders. Support pricing, packaging, and strategic financial modeling in partnership with senior leadership. Ensure accurate integration of revenue data across finance, operations, partnerships, and development teams. Maintain CRM governance (Salesforce) as the system of record, enforcing data standards and improving data integrity. Identify and resolve gaps between reported data and operational reality to improve forecasting accuracy. Manage compliance tracking across funding sources, ensuring adherence to partner and grant requirements. Monitor partner and program performance metrics to flag risks and protect revenue relationships. Translate complex data into clear, accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership. Requirements: You bring strong analytical expertise, revenue operations experience, and the ability to build scalable systems in fast-moving, cross-functional environments. 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles. Proven experience building and maintaining forecasting models used for executive decision-making. Strong Salesforce or CRM expertise, including data governance and system optimization. Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex modeling and scenario analysis. Experience working across finance, operations, or partnerships team
