Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field, 5–7 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail store experience, or brand activation, Proven ability to translate brand identity into physical retail environments, Experience managing seasonal resets, floor sets, and retail activations, Available to work select nights, weekends, and game days

Nice to Have

Sports retail experience, Licensed product environments experience, Stadium operations experience, Proficient in Microsoft experience with project management tools (Monday. com or similar) a plus

What You'll Do.

Set visual merchandising standards

Enforce visual merchandising standards

Own product presentation

Translate buyer assortments into brand stories

Lead game day refreshes

Lead event-driven floor changes

Partner with buying team on merchandising

Conduct regular store walks

Maintain photo reporting cadence

Track execution standards

Oversee in-store signage

Oversee promotional displays

Oversee visual updates rollout

Lead visual execution for retail pop-ups

Lead visual execution for off-site activations

Lead visual execution for fan experience moments

Apply brand discipline to permanent locations

Partner with marketing teams on product storytelling

Partner with marketing teams on activation presentation

Support retail presence at key calendar moments

Serve as retail's on-site presence for third-party stadium

Ensure locations are event-ready

Coordinate with stadium ops on retail locations

Coordinate with stadium ops on setup

Coordinate with stadium ops on product approval

Coordinate with stadium ops on event-day readiness

Coordinate with security on retail locations

Coordinate with security on setup

Coordinate with security on product approval

Coordinate with security on event-day readiness

Coordinate with 3rd party partners on retail locations

Coordinate with 3rd party partners on setup

Coordinate with 3rd party partners on product approval

Coordinate with 3rd party partners on event-day readiness

Monitor customer flow

Monitor queue management

Attend pre- and post-event meetings
