What They're Looking For.
Must Have
HKICPA or equivalent accountancy professional qualification, Demonstrable experience managing assignments across restructuring, turnaround, or insolvency advisory, analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a proven track record of managing work streams effectively, Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, Demonstrable experience in developing client relationships and advising on restructuring solutions, Willingness to embrace multi-sector work and travel where necessary, Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude and team influence, Enthusiasm for professional development and a commitment to mentoring junior team members, Fluent business level English and Cantonese or Mandarin is essential

What You'll Do.
Leading engagement teams (typically 4–8 people) and managing team resources effectively
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Delivering detailed analysis and producing high-quality reports with clear recommendations
Assessing complex situations and developing practical solutions for distressed businesses
Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the Restructuring practice
Coaching and mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team culture
Ensuring all engagements are delivered in line with Interpath’s quality and engagement management standards
Manage a portfolio of insolvency engagements end-to-end
ensuring robust execution and full compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, senior executives, and key stakeholders; Coaching and mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team culture; Stand shoulder-to-shoulder with colleagues and clients, be that physically or from afar. Our individual expertise may find the answers, but implementation happens though teamwork.
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels; Fluent business level English and Cantonese or Mandarin is essential
