What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA), corporate insolvency and restructuring advisory experience is essential, Proven experience managing your own workstreams across restructuring and insolvency engagements
What You'll Do.
Contribute to engagement teams of 3–6 people
supporting senior colleagues across a broad range of insolvency and restructuring advisory assignments
including contingency planning
cash & liquidity reviews and Restructuring Plans
Assess business performance identifying restructuring options & developing practical and innovative solutions for businesses and stakeholders
including formal insolvency options where relevant
Undertake detailed financial and commercial analysis to support clear
detailed client advice
Manage engagements to scope
in line with Interpath’s engagement management standards
Act as the day-to-day client lead on relevant assignments
reporting back to engagement leaders and senior Interpath stakeholders
Support business development and new product development initiatives
Coach and develop junior team members on assignments

Contribute to engagement teams of 3–6 people; supporting senior colleagues; Build strong, trusted relationships with senior management, mid-level executives, lawyers, banks and other lenders; reporting back to engagement leaders and senior Interpath stakeholders; All hands on deck
