Upkeep current recipe book daily
Work closely with front waitstaff
Create and execute all daily specials
and expedite all plates
Maintain current and accurate paperwork
Manage inventory amounts
Order food and supplies
Monitor daily food costs
Monitor plating to consistently deliver plates
Train kitchen workers
Partner with Human Resources on coaching
Work closely with supervisor on catering needs
Drive a professional and courteous environment
Maintain an active role in front dining room procedures
and support special promotions
