Basic Qualifications: - PhD, or Master's degree - 4+ years of industry or academic research experience - 4+ years of full time industry experience Preferred Qualifications: - Experience leading, mentoring and growing teams of scientists (teams of five or more scientists) - Graduate degree (M.Sc./Ph.D.) degree within life sciences. - Expertise with cutting edge life science methods and concepts. - Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies that are commonly used in modern data analysis. - Work with a team of researchers to extend and interpret advanced analytical methodologies.
