The Office of Research Administration (ORA) has a great job opportunity for a Manager of Research Administration to work at the University of Miami. **CORE JOB SUMMARY** The ORA Manager, Research Administration supports the research mission of the University of Miami and the goals of the Office of Research Administration (ORA) and is an integral partner in a sponsored programs administration team that manages service and provides guidance and direction to specific UM departments, schools, and Centers/Institutes on all post award administration functions, from award set up to award close-out. The ORA Manager oversees the Award Management area of ORA and assists in overseeing post-award activities of all contracts and grants awarded by federal, state, and other sponsors. The Manager advises and interprets research funding awards and serves as the subject matter expert for sponsor policies and procedures and works closely with all Research Administration areas to ensure compliance with sponsor requirements while providing excellent service to principal investigators, researchers and administrators.
