With work that challenges and makes a difference and a flexible and supportive environment, we can help our customers achieve their dreams and aspirations. **Description** The **Manager, Reporting, Advanced Analytics and Automation** will report to the Director, Reporting, Advanced Analytics and Automation in Global Risk Intelligence and Technology (GRIT) function, supporting US Segment mission and vision. The role will be responsible for delivering various functional capabilities including but not limited to analytics, reporting, automation, dashboard, tool app development, and other related risk management activities, as well as supporting the development and execution of the relevant roadmaps and plans for the function. This includes data and reporting preparation, working with GenAI and Analytics group, ongoing automation of reports and other ad-hoc requests for delivery to the Company’s Chief Risk Officer, executive and Board risk committees required analytics and reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual US Segment related reporting for the Company’s Chief Risk Officer, executive, and Board risk committees. * Preparation of annual regulatory reporting including ownership of Risk-specific sections and coordination with key contributors outside of Risk. * Facilitate US Risk Committee operations, Risk policy and standard maintenance, and records retention/access reviews. * Automation of monthly, quarterly, and annual US Segment rela
