Must Have

3-7+ years in Renewals, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Quote-to-Cash, Manage software, SaaS, subscription, or maintenance renewals, Quote generation and contract administration experience, Salesforce CRM experience required

Nice to Have

CPQ systems experience preferred, Fast-paced SaaS or technology environments experience, Building or scaling renewal processes from the ground up, Supporting global or multi-region renewal operations, Managing renewals and contract transitions across perpetual licensing, hosted solutions, and SaaS subscription models, including conversion strategies from legacy perpetual customers to recurring revenue agreements

Coordinate contract revisions and approvals

Maintain clean and accurate customer

Manage renewal tracking and reporting within Salesforce

Build dashboards and reports for renewal forecasting

Improve data quality and operational reporting accuracy

Support process automation on contract requirements and compliance

Serve as trusted operational resource for renewal-related inquiries
