What You'll Do.
Support Wealth Management's Operational Risk management team with expertise and counsel to contribute to regulatory change and risk-based initiatives
Support for the design and execution of regulatory programs
risk and control identification/assessment
risk reviews on the operational risk impact of major change initiatives
Assist in implementing the organization's strategic efforts to comply with governmental and other regulatory mandates
Support the Director in executing Regulatory initiatives for WM and provide regular reporting
Assist in managing new and on-going cross segment or cross line of business Regulatory Initiatives
or other specific WM risk initiatives
Provide updates and reporting to the Senior Director
Head of Regulatory Initiatives on assigned Operational Risk
Regulatory and Governance priorities
Support efforts to embed operational risk awareness and best practices across the business
Develop and execute on project plans with guidance from senior team members
Support the WM Cross-Border program activities and assist with executive reporting
Prepare management requested reports for senior management and WM teams to support decision making

**_Job Description_** **What is the opportunity?** The Manager, Regulatory Initiatives, will support Wealth Management's Operational Risk management team with expertise and counsel to contribute to regulatory change and risk-based initiatives primarily for WM. This includes support for the design and execution of regulatory programs which will include: risk and control identification/assessment, change management, risk reviews on the operational risk impact of major change initiatives, and process improvements.
