Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Contribute to the develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals across regional operations. * Support the talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning functions from a field operations perspective. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. * Partner with regional leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and development programs. * Provide guidance on HR best practices, conflict resolution, and organizational development. * Support compensation, benefits, and payroll-related processes in collaboration with HR teams. * Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace. * Lead HR-related change management efforts for organizational growth and expansion. * Develop and mentor Human Resources Business Partners, fostering professional growth and operational excellence. Qualifications and Educational Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, * SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) desired. * 6 + years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years managing team members. * Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices. * Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations or regions. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in food distribution, manufacturing, or logistics industries is a plus.
