**Service Center** PT-SG&A Corporate # ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * Ensure revenue growth across the Southeast region. * Identify, pursue, and manage national account opportunities, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned national customers * Balance leadership responsibilities with individual contributor responsibilities focused on strategic, high-value national accounts * Partner with Operations to identify market expansion opportunities, improve customer experience, and support achievement of company revenue goals * Assess market performance by analyzing revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention metrics * Lead customer retention initiatives and proactively address risks to account longevity * Host and lead weekly sales team meetings focused on performance, priorities, and development * Stay current on industry trends and clearly articulate how Protech’s solutions address evolving customer needs * Represent Protech professionally with customers, at meetings, and at industry events as assigned * Performs other duties as assigned. **Caliber uses E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires.** **Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.**
