So that together we can support even more people - including our own - to live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._ **If you believe in better, we’d love to hear from you.** **About the Role** Responsible for developing and administering employee compensation and benefits programmes to reward and recognise employees' contribution to AIA **Position Objective:**__ proactively and analytically minded HR rewards COE to design, implement, and govern our integrated Workforce (WF) planning framework, be central to developing predictive WF models, establishing robust control mechanisms, tracking and interpreting key efficiency and effectiveness metrics, and delivering actionable insights that drive strategic resourcing, capability development, and competitive hiring decisions: * Design, maintain, and continuously refine standardized Workforce Planning (WF) models, aligned with business unit goals, growth scenarios, and market dynamics * Lead annual workforce planning projects by cooperation with business team and finance team * Continuedly optimize budgeting tool and framework to deliver more accurate people cost budgeting * Support other C&B projects (i.e. Optimus, policy review, total rewards communication, information disclosure, etc.) **Roles and Responsibilities :** * Workforce efficiency management, including organization efficiency and talent rewards ROI analysis and insights for improvement * Lead the development and annual refresh of 3-year strategic workforce plans and 1-year operational workforce plans, integrating headcount, skills, cost, and mobility assumptions * Workforce monitoring, including forecasting, expense tracking and allocation and
