What You'll Do.
Support India team for property acquisition
Ensure timely completion of lease transactions
Manage lease renewals
Manage reconfiguration of existing warehouse space
Define requirements with local management
Negotiate lease business and legal terms
Conduct on-site surveys
Perform comparative financial analysis
Manage projects to end result
cost effective storage space
Optimize investments with market players
Discuss with local stakeholders and governmental bodies
Ensure support for FC expansions
Develop India real estate business plan
Develop India real estate budget
Execute transactions to meet business plan
Develop regular communications to business owners
Manage landlord relations
Manage contractor relations
Escalate issues beyond daily activity
