What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–6 years’ relevant experience in the private sector or government, for example within consulting, advisory, professional services, government infrastructure teams, treasury or investment banking., Tertiary qualifications in property, commerce, finance, economics or a related discipline., analytical and financial modelling capability, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, High-level PowerPoint skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, The ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do.
Lead delivery of real estate advisory engagements
Aligning outputs with client commercial
policy and governance objectives
Oversee due diligence and market analysis across assets and portfolios
evidence-based insights
Develop and review financial models and feasibility analyses
Support and manage transaction processes across acquisitions
disposals and developments
Lead or contribute to lender-led and asset repositioning engagements
Prepare business cases and investment papers
Deliver high-quality reports
models and presentations
Build client relationships
Support team leadership
Mentoring junior staff
Contributing to proposals and business development
