By setting high standards for efficiency, you’ll drive the seamless transition of complex assays across their entire lifecycle. ****The Opportunity:**** * Team Development: Hire, train, mentor, and develop team members to support individual career growth and team success. * Technical Leadership: Manage commercialization of new products and post-launch monitoring of on-market products, risk evaluation of the on market portfolio, designing fit for purpose testing to assess product risks, and drive failure investigations. * Program Management: Ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met for development and on-market support projects. * SAFe Agile Execution: Serve as a Product Owner in a SAFe Agile environment, driving team execution and priorities. * Stakeholder Engagement: Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company objectives and project commitments.
