Synthesize technical discussions; Identify and write content for RFx responses; Gather, organize, and synthesize information from diverse stakeholders
Comfortable creating documents that encourage government customers to adopt KnowBe4, Flexible to work in shifts to support Global Customer requirements
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, Minimum 10 years of professional experience in proposal writing role, Minimum 10 years of experience working with company stakeholders across functional competencies and management levels, Minimum 10 years of experience delivering high quality content on tight, customer-driven timelines, Experience with Gmail and Google Docs, Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel), Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce a plus
What You'll Do.
Lead a global team responsible for responding to RFxs and related inquiries
Ensure content is persuasive
and deliver content for responses to RFxs
Leverage tools and design processes to drive efficiency and scalability
and update a library of content
and synthesize content from diverse stakeholders
Use appropriate channels and workflows when working with legal or other departments on RFPs
and update the team library of approved content
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Create documents that meet compliance requirements
align with sales objectives
provide clear technical and non-technical information
Handle time keeping and time off reporting for direct reports
and terminate subordinate employees

The Proposal Manager will lead a global team responsible for responding to RFxs and related inquiries from both customers and partners for our global sales team, including public and private sector sales. You will ensure our content is persuasive, concise, and compliant. The RFP Manager and supporting team will work together to research, draft, and deliver content for responses to RFxs. You’ll also leverage tools and design processes to drive efficiency and scalability, including curating, growing, and updating a library of content. As a collaborative team, you’ll work effectively with Account Managers and subject matter experts (SMEs) in legal and information security to gather, organize, and synthesize content. You should be an excellent writer with the ability to convey complex ideas in easily understood customer-focused responses. You must understand RFx requirements and synthesize technical discussions.
