What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Healthcare, Knowledge of CERNER/comparable clinical applications, working knowledge of accreditation readiness, clinical workflow expertise, excellent facilitation skills, effective as a team member and team leader, excellent organizational and presentation skills, experience with data collection, aggregation, and analysis, experience with and working knowledge of clinical systems, Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license
Nice to Have
master’s degree, minimum of five (5) years of experience in Healthcare, Knowledge of lean or Six Sigma
What You'll Do.
Develops and maintains excellent relationships
Participates in CERNER design
Understands technical capabilities of current systems
Assesses clinical care delivery for improvement opportunities
Guides processes to collect/analyze patient information
Integrates patient care documentation into data management system
Promotes ongoing system adoption
Assists with collection and reporting of metrics
maintenance of patient care data system
Serves as member of Accreditation Readiness Team
