Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or related field, 5–7+ years of experience supporting MLR operations, promotional review, content operations, or commercial execution within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, Experience coordinating cross-functional content review workflows across Marketing, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams, Organizational and project management skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience administering and managing Veeva PromoMats in a pharmaceutical environment strongly preferred, Experience supporting pharmaceutical product launches or pre-launch commercial environments preferred
What You'll Do.
Lead day-to-day administration
and optimization of Veeva
and publish promotional and medical
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end MLR review process
Serve as primary operational liaison between Marketing
Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to support
Help establish and operationalize content creation platforms
Ensure approved materials are accurately tagged
Support development and maintenance of standard operating procedures
Monitor MLR timelines
and process performance
Collaborate with Commercial Operations
Provide training and ongoing support to cross-functional stakeholders
Ensure all promotional review activities comply with FDA
