What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in a PMO – Project Management role with a focus on governance, budget management, and reporting, Solid experience working in an SSC or BPO environment, Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field
Nice to Have
Understanding of Lean Six Sigma fundamentals / concepts – YB – Yellow Belt, GB – Green Belt certified individual, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification, Experience in a global organization

Support budget management
Prepare reports for global and local centers
Organize townhalls and presentations
Own end-to-end transition planning
Manage transition plans
Drive governance cadence

Establish/Capture and maintain project governance framework
Track and monitor actions from governance meetings
Monitor project compliance with established standards
Own Visitor Management process
Track and plan visits of all potential visitors
Update AGS Global visitors / events file
Coordinate with security and facilities teams
Lead implementation of Service Management Practices Framework
Ensure functional teams are trained and compliant
Continuously improve SMP Framework implementation
Review and maintain site level BCM document
Track and report on CMM KPIs
Ensure KPI data is accurate
Provide insights and recommendations based on KPI analysis
Gather budgets inputs at site level
Provide regular budget reports and forecasts
Identify and address budget variances
Review AGS WAW Center SoW document
Prepare and deliver presentations for board meetings
Plan and execute townhalls
Develop and manage reporting processes

This role includes the implementation of the SMP (Standard Management Practices) Framework, support budget management, and preparing reports for both global and local centers. The PMO Manager will also play a critical role in organizing townhalls and presentations for the boardroom meetings / ELT (Executive Leadership Team) visits, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. **In this role, a typical day will include:** * **Project Management / Transitions:** * Collaborate with AGS Global transitions team & Owns end‑to‑end transition planning, execution, and delivery for AGS WAW * Owns and manages transition plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies * Drives governance cadence, reporting, and stakeholder communication * Ensures transition stays on scope, schedule, and quality targets for AGS WAW * **Governance & Compliance:** * Establish / Capture and maintain project governance framework being followed in the center, ensure proper documentation at center level and document processes. * Track & monitor all the actions from the governance meetings & ensure implementation / execution. * Monitor project compliance with established standards, providing guidance and support to project teams. * **Visitor Management:** * Own t
