What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of project/program management experience in a professional services or consulting environment, 3+ years leading a PMO or managing a team of project managers, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification, Proven track record managing multiple complex, client-facing enterprise engagements simultaneously, Experience acting as an executive-level escalation point, Fluency in the financial mechanics of services delivery: utilization, margin, forecasting, contract compliance, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Nice to Have
Experience with PSA tools (Mavenlink, FinancialForce, or NetSuite OpenAir), Agile certification (CSM, SAFe) or equivalent
