Develops, prioritizes and submits project plans, budgets and methodologies across a range of key projects. Defines project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations. Take owership of the successful implementation of a set of projects. Manages the deliverables from stakeholders. Advises on the most complex or critical projects; monitors progress and performance against the project plan; identifies and resolves operational problems and minimizes delays. Evaluates and authorizes changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project. ## What Part Will You Play? * Contributes to project management strategy formulation, executes and supports known and emerging project activities. * Plans and optimizes utilization of resources in support of our clients and our business, to drive effective financial and project delivery performance in line with established targets. Executes strategies to handle emerging projects pipeline and address possible resourcing gaps. Facilitates and manages portfolio issues and risks through to appropriate resolution. * Gathers project updates from project managers, prepares and circulates the project delivery executive summary dashboard to internal stakeholders and senior management.
