This role provides people leadership, portfolio oversight, and accountability for delivery excellence across the Credit portfolio. ** _Location_ \- Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) from Jacksonville, FL or Milwaukee, WI or Atlanta, GA ** **What you’ll be doing:** * Lead and manage project managers supporting Credit initiatives * Provide delivery oversight and governance across the Credit portfolio * Support intake, prioritization, and capacity planning * Partner with product, technology, migrations, and compliance teams * Serve as an escalation point for delivery and client risks * • Drive continuous improvement in delivery and PMO practices * Support talent development, performance management, and succession planning **What you bring:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * 10+ years of project and/or program management experience * People management or team leadership experience * Experience delivering Credit or lending technology initiatives * Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills **What we offer you:** A career at FIS is more than just a job.
