In this role, you’ll lead a team delivering complex, high‑value customer projects across Region Europe — including low‑volume, high‑complexity systems such as **Unity** and **Leksell Gamma Knife**. **Responsibilities** * Lead and develop a team of Project and Site Managers delivering customer projects end‑to‑end (from planning to handover). * Drive a high‑performance culture built on collaboration, innovation and accountability. * Strengthen delivery predictability by standardising project planning, execution and monitoring across clusters. * Partner with Cluster Leaders and regional stakeholders on delivery expectations, prioritisation, and resource/revenue forecasting. * Own the regional consolidation and communication of the **Linac Demand Plan**. * Act as the regional escalation point for project issues and New Product Introductions impacting order fulfilment. **What you bring** * Proven people leadership experience in project delivery, ideally within complex technical/clinical environments. * Strong project governance capability (planning, risk, stakeholder management, cadence, reporting). * Demonstrated ability to set standards, embed best practice, and drive cross‑team adoption in a matrix organisation. * Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and resolve escalations calmly and decisively. * A coachi
