What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, 8+ years of experience in cost management, project controls, construction analytics, or advisory roles supporting large capital projects, 2+ years of people management experience (direct reports) and/or demonstrated experience leading and developing others in a team environment, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Familiarity with data engineering concepts, Familiarity with working with cloud data platforms, Exposure to data governance, Exposure to version control, Exposure to metadata management, Excel skills for data manipulation, validation, and analysis, communication and stakeholder management, Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, Demonstrated ability to apply automation to improve processes, Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
Nice to Have
Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries, Ability to use automation and scripting tools, Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Experience with cost management systems such as EcoSys and/or Oracle Fusion, advanced degrees or professional certifications/accreditations in Data, Cost Management, Schedule, Construction Management, or related fields

This position will remain open for application based on business need, which may be before or after the 3-day posting window. **Job Description** **Position Overview** As a Manager on Invenergy’s Project Analytics team, you will lead the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and analytics that support data-driven decision-making within Invenergy’s Construction business. In this role, you will manage a small team of analytics professionals and utilize DAX and Power Query (M Code) to create Power BI dashboards that translate complex Project Controls data into insights for executives. You will establish reporting standards and collaborate with the Construction, Project Controls, and Data Engineering teams to ensure that the data is accurate, consistent, and actionable.
