The primary objective of this position will be the leadership of Research and Development programs to satisfy all contractual requirements, on cost and on schedule, while delivering a product that meets customer expectations. This position is located onsite in **Linthicum, MD**. **What You 'll Get to Do:** The selected candidate will lead a cross-functional program team aligned to common performance goals, with a focus on developing multi-function capabilities. Typical program duties encompass all phases of the program life cycle from inception (proposal development) through startup, execution, demonstrations and completion.
