What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master's degree and 8 years of related professional/military experience, 5 years experience in a program, IPT, or project leadership role, Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance on defense programs, Program management experience, Understanding of weapons and weapon subsystems, Demonstrated experience leading rapid development or programs that included hardware deliverables, Must have an active U. S. Government Secret (or higher) clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation), Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
Nice to Have
STEM degree, Active U. S Government Top Secret clearance, Weapon program of record PM experience, knowledge of Northrop Grumman’s Digital Engineering thread, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and Agile development practices in support of weapon systems, In-depth knowledge of missile / weapon systems, propulsion, subsystems, WOSA, and testing, Experience with Northrop Grumman PM tools and processes, Experience working with DoD weapon customers, Knowledge of USG weapon customers and stakeholders, Master's or higher degree in Engineering, Systems Management, or MBA, Active SAP and SCI clearances
