Must Have
Bachelor's degree 5-years or Master's degree 3-years relevant experience, Current SECRET clearance, Prior project/program management experience on DoD or government contracts, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, Success aligning cross-functional teams, Proven Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience, Ability to establish technical performance baselines and KPIs
Nice to Have
Current TOP SECRET clearance, Existing SAP and/or SCI eligibility, Experience with FFP, CPFF contract types, Business acumen and strategic thinking, Experience leading cross-discipline technical teams, Direct customer-interface experience, Technical background or ability to execute complex development/integration projects, Ability to identify and implement strategic solutions
What You'll Do.
Lead delivery of RF Electronic Warfare (EW) systems
Drive program success from proposal to closeout
Maintain alignment with customers
Cultivate and expand opportunities within customer community
Direct cross-functional teams to meet targets
Manage multiple priorities
consistent communication
Ensure compliance with contract requirements
Develop proposals for follow-on business
and realize risks and opportunities
Deliver concise status reporting
Provide timely escalations to customers and leadership
and enforce program SOW
Oversee compliance with property and information handling requirements
