Solid understanding of Programmatic Buying, Able to strategize, optimize and deliver on clients’ programmatic KPIs, Ensure quality campaign delivery, Undertake the campaign set up process, Monitor the success of Programmatic campaigns, Be accountable for the ongoing management of campaign budgets, Identify performance trends, Analyze ongoing results, Demonstrate innovative ideas, Demonstrate an understanding of fundamentals of Brand Safety, Viewability and Ad Fraud, Share and nurture expertise on various types of Programmatic deals, Build a great working relationship with the PBU team and WPP Media Agencies, Ensure team’s understanding of client’s brand, WPP Media Agency’s deliverables and campaign KPIs, Ensure team understanding of media behaviors, Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance clients’ campaigns, Provide actionable insights, Proactively address, and when needed escalate, any issue that compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables, Ensure cross-functional collaboration, Work collaboratively across stakeholders, Conduct quality control and assurance, Ensure understanding and compliance of all WPP Media policies and procedures, Organize and drive knowledge share
