Must Have

1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical research, development, or commercialization with direct experience related to scheduling creation, planning, and management is required, Experience with scheduling methodologies, Technological literacy with computer applications necessary to create, manage and analyze project schedules and timelines is a must, Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a fundamental understanding of drug development and commercialization practices

Serve as the TA point of accountability for portfolio project setup

Maintain and govern project metadata (e.g.

phase alignment) to ensure consistency and reliability across the portfolio.

Enable PMs and GPTs by providing clean

trusted data foundations that support planning

Build partnerships with PM Portfolio Leads to ensure their teams are equipped to manage portfolio project plans effectively
