Serve as the TA point of accountability for portfolio project setup

Maintain and govern project metadata (e.g.

Enable PMs and GPTs by providing clean

Build partnerships with PM Portfolio Leads to ensure their teams are equipped to manage portfolio project plans effectively

Proactively monitor data quality across TA projects

Enable the timely remediation of data quality issues by establishing tools and training materials for Program Managers

and functional partners

Establish and apply data quality thresholds and controls to ensure portfolio readiness for governance

and maintain TA-specific planning and data standards aligned with enterprise frameworks

Ensure consistent application of standards across projects

Act as a subject-matter expert on how TA nuance should be reflected appropriately in planning and GPT tools

Drive connections with Research and Medical to enable smooth project transitions into Development and across lifecycle stages

Partner with stakeholders to ensure early-stage information is structured
