We are seeking an exceptional Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) organization within Amazon India's centralized supply chain planning function. This strategic leadership role will drive end-to-end S&OP excellence by orchestrating the convergence of demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization processes across multiple business channels. The ideal candidate will champion the monthly S&OP cadence, lead cross-functional alignment, and drive data-driven decision making while building and mentoring high-performing teams. This role requires deep expertise in integrated business planning, with the ability to balance commercial goals with operational capabilities, ultimately ensuring optimal inventory levels, superior service performance, and efficient resource utilization across the network. As a people manager, you will shape the planning organization's culture, develop future leaders, and drive innovation in planning processes through advanced analytics and technology adoption. This high-visibility position requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, with regular interaction across Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to drive strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
