Must Have
Doctorate degree, Master’s degree and 2 years of clinical data management / clinical data operations experience, Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of clinical data management / clinical data operations experience, Associate’s degree and 8 years of clinical data management / clinical data operations experience, High school diploma / GED and 10 years of clinical data management / clinical data operations experience, Management Experience: Experience managing and developing a team, Comfortable working in common clinical data platforms and workflows, Proficient in familiarity with basic data concepts, Operational execution and prioritization, Quality mindset and inspection readiness, Process discipline, Stakeholder management, Data fluency, Structured problem solving, Global collaboration
Nice to Have
5+ years in life sciences, at least 3 years focused on clinical data management / clinical data operations supporting interventional trials, Experience leading teams that execute high-volume clinical data management work, Experience supporting multiple studies and/or programs in parallel with shifting priorities, Prior experience in clinical data management, data operations, data capture, database build, and/or external data acquisition

This critical role will build role capability within the team so associates can execute clinical data management startup and conduct activities at high quality, and for addressing performance issues promptly and fairly.
