Must Have
Bachelor's Degree and 7 years Finance/Business Management work experience OR Master's Degree and 5 years of Finance/Business Management work experience, Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Experience with financial analysis, Working knowledge of EVMS Software, Working knowledge of SAP, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Working knowledge of Accounting principles, Ability to obtain a US Government Secret clearance
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in cost and schedule management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, Experience with SAP S4, Experience in Aerospace and/or Defense programs, Familiarity with Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), Familiarity with Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR), Advanced proficiency in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Advanced proficiency in accounting systems such as SAP S4, Advanced proficiency in financial systems such as Cognos, Experience leading a team, Experience interfacing with government audit agencies, Experience interfacing with DCMA, Experience interfacing with DCAA, Experience interfacing with Internal Audit

Assign work scope to employees
Ensure employees operate according to company policies
Develop employee skills
Evaluate employee performance
Provide guidance to PMs
Prepare cost development
Prepare schedule development
Review schedule analysis
Perform variance analysis
Perform reconciliations to SAP
Support customer Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR)
Support Supplier Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR)
Support DCMA Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits
Ensure contract deliverables are completed
Ensure contract deliverables are submitted on time
Focus team on achieving uncompromising quality
