What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end activation of evergreen and Tier 1
high-quality delivery across GBO
Serve as a quality gate for delivery readiness
Ensure clarity of objectives
Translate program strategy into scalable activation plans
Own delivery operations including scheduling
Drive prioritization across evergreen and Tier 1 programs
Ensure resource alignment to highest-impact work
Build operational rigor and repeatable systems to enable
Define and uphold a high bar for facilitation
Coach and develop a team of generalist facilitators
Deliver across diverse programs and audiences
Establish best practices across virtual
AI-enabled learning experiences
Partner with LOB and program teams on activation
