The Manager Production Support is responsible for leading the production support activity carried out by all support shops functions within Brisbane Base Maintenance (BBM), ensuring the seamless delivery of maintenance operations through effective resource planning, operational efficiency, and strategic leadership. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, enhancing operational performance, and building a performance-driven culture that ensures customer aircraft are delivered on time and on budget. You will lead the Production Support Group and be accountable for production preparedness, process improvements, operational compliance, and the development of key performance measures that enhance delivery standards across BBM. Strong leadership, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and a safety-first mindset will be essential to success
