What You'll Do.
Lead end-to-end production for Spotify’s brand and marketing initiatives
Oversee production across multiple formats
Partner closely with Marketing and Creative teams
Create structure around project intake
and resource planning
Build and manage relationships with production companies
Identify culturally relevant collaborators
Guide talent and partner selection
Own production budgets
Establish and continuously improve production workflows
and delivery processes
Proactively identify risks
and make thoughtful trade-offs
