Must Have

2-3 years Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Demonstrated knowledge of common marketing processes including, but not limited to, development of marketing briefs and managing overall material development, Demonstrated project management experience and ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet tight timelines and handle multiple deliverables, Above average ability with Microsoft Office tools, written/verbal communication skills and training experience

Support the ongoing evolution

RBC Global Asset Management’s (RBC GAM) email marketing automation programs

Managing the production of a portfolio of client newsletters

Manage content generation

print and production processes for a portfolio of existing collateral (including quarterly client-facing newsletters)

Manage business as usual activities related to existing email marketing automation programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Project management support to onboard new requirements or use cases for email marketing automation

Support the evolution of the strategy for internal and external email marketing automation distribution technologies

Manage change management activities for all email marketing automation programs for impacted stakeholders

Analyze and evolve: leverage data and analytics to measure platform adoption

Regularly report metrics in dashboards or other format

Provide recommendations to evolve tactics to improve campaign effectiveness over time

**_Job Description_** **What is the opportunity?** In this role you will support the ongoing evolution, as well as the daily management of, RBC Global Asset Management’s (RBC GAM) email marketing automation programs as well as managing the production of a portfolio of client newsletters, ensuring alignment with the overall priorities of RBC GAM’s retail investor business. A key component will be identifying and driving go to market strategies and opportunities. The successful individual should have “software thinking” skills that allow him/her to translate business cases/opportunities into technical requirements.
