The ideal candidate is a proven, forward thinking individual contributor who collaborates effectively across business, pricing, and technology organizations. This role partners closely with Global and Regional Pricing and Engineering teams to deliver operationally ready, market leading solutions. Responsibilities include ownership of documentation, governance processes, and enablement efforts that improve customer experience, speed to market, and operational excellence. The objective is to support delivery of a globally standardized, transparent, and scalable interchange governance model while improving implementation quality, customer satisfaction, and enterprise alignment. The role: The Manager, Interchange Governance, provides hands on ownership and operational oversight of Mastercard’s global interchange governance capability.
