Full Job Description

S'more about the team As the Product (Menu) Operations Manager at HelloFresh Canada, you are responsible for the planning, execution, and performance of the weekly menus that form our product offering. You will leverage expertise in process optimization and data-driven project management to turn operational efficiencies into a superior product experience that fuels long-term customer retention and growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics, you will act as the strategic glue between Product Strategy & Innovation, Supply & Demand Planning, and Ingredient Sourcing Teams. In this role, you navigate the tension between business ambitions and real-world constraints, ensuring every menu release is both commercially viable and a delight for our customers. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for Air Traffic Control: Own the end-to-end menu lifecycle, facilitating weekly reviews & leadership sign-offs, and ensuring the menu is released on time while meeting all stakeholder needs. Operational Governance: Review algorithmic outputs against real-world supply chain constraints and make trade-offs between cost-to-serve and value for the customer. Systemic Optimization: Improve tooling, systems, and workflows to reduce friction and eliminate unnecessary overhead in day-to-day menu planning work. Data Reporting & Analysis: Drive weekly menu performance reporting and business review meeting preparation, including narrative, insights, and executive-ready materials. Ingredient & Recipe Strategy: Support key decision makers by providing data-backed input on recipe budget targets, development opportunities, and ingredient onboarding & usage. Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for overall menu performance, budget variance drivers, and implementation of specialized offerings like Limited Time Offerings (LTOs) and Fast-Track initiatives.
