We believe our portfolio of businesses and investments in growth and transformation will result in a company with the scale, brand, capabilities, talent, and values to succeed as the digital revolution transforms our society and our industry. **About the Role** The Card Credit Bureau Services team is embarking on a multi-year journey to bring Credit Bureau Reporting in-house to new enterprise platforms. This role will be responsible for leading tech teams that are actively building out a reimagined Credit Bureau Reporting solution with new intent on new platforms and will have the opportunity to work with multiple aspects of the Card Business while solving critical problems for our agents and customers. **The ideal candidate for the role is someone who:** * Is excited by / interested in evolving novel technologies like leveraging AI to simplify and automate processes * Is comfortable with going deep on data, understanding why its important to our use case and how to leverage it to achieve new intent * Is an integrated problem solving rockstar -- ready to partner with a brilliant team of Process, Tech, Ops and Risk partners, to deliver a bold vision that's a step-change improvement from our current state solution * Is comfortable diving into details and understanding the pain points, needs, and opportunities for improvement in this critical Card process **Capital One Product Framework** In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management: * **Human Centered** \- Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions * **Business Focused** \- Deli
