What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion, Product Development, or related field, 5+ years’ experience in product development, expertise in Menswear Knits, knowledge of knitwear construction, materials, and sourcing, technical knowledge of product construction, development processes, and manufacturing methods, Solid understanding of PLM systems and operational workflows, Proven leadership and influencing skills in a global, cross-functional environment, problem-solving abilities, commercial awareness, Can prioritize and manage workload effectively, Demonstrated capability to operate successfully in a fast-changing, high-paced environment, sense of ownership and accountability, Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, High attention to detail, structured, solution-oriented mindset, analytical skills

Nice to Have

Experience within wholesale and/or vertical retail product development preferred, experience working with Centric PLM, SAP, and CAD is a advantage

What You'll Do.

Lead product development process from concept to commercialization

cost-effective product development

customer requirements

Production Operations

Deliver styles aligned with design vision

Navigate complexity and drive cross-functional alignment

Ensure on-time delivery in fast-paced environment

Act as liaison between teams and vendors

Support and strengthen cross-functional partnerships

confirm factory costings

Own proto and SRS ordering

Ensure accurate BOMs and product data in PLM

Manage handover of samples prior to bulk production

Accountable for on-time delivery of samples

Represent Product Development in milestone meetings

Track and manage approval status of samples

Oversee sample management for reviews

Proactively identify risks and resolve issues

Support continuous improvement of processes

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Key liaison between Design, Raw Materials, Technical Design, AMS Product Development teams, vendors, and hub offices; Support and strengthen cross-functional partnerships; Collaborate with AMS Product Development; Represent Product Development in cross-functional milestone meetings; Partner closely with Design, Merchandising, Production Operations, Raw Materials, Technical Design, and external vendors

Communication Scope

Excellent communication skills; Stakeholder-management skills

Process & Methodology

Manage workload effectively, Balance projects and deadlines simultaneously, Drive deliverables through ambiguity
