Must Have
9+ years of software engineering experience, 5+ years in technical leadership roles, Track record of delivering enterprise-grade software products or platforms to market, Proven team management experience, engineering background, Product mindset, Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, Agile methodology expertise
Nice to Have
Domain experience in supply chain, healthcare, or SaaS platforms, Knowledge of healthcare or supply chain domain concepts

Define enterprise-wide strategy
Own platform architecture
Lead end-to-end execution of roadmaps
Serve as technical player-coach
Manage and coach engineering teams
Oversee teams across technology stack
Partner with Product Management
Maintain accountability for platform stability
Champion best practices in DevOps
Manage technical debt
Create and maintain architecture documentation
Be hands-on when necessary
Provide expert consultation during incidents
