What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5+ years of experience in product development and/or pre-production within a complex, cross-functional environment, technical knowledge of product construction, development processes, and manufacturing methods, Solid understanding of PLM systems and operational workflows, with the ability to ensure data accuracy and system discipline, Proven ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively, balancing multiple styles, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously, Demonstrated capability to operate successfully in a fast-changing, high-paced environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and timelines, sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive deliverables through ambiguity and change, Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels, High attention to detail combined with a structured, solution-oriented mindset, communication skills in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners, analytical skills, with the ability to plan strategically in line with business needs and cost targets, Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

Experience within wholesale and/or vertical retail product development preferred, Experience with Centric PLM, SAP, and CAD is a advantage
What You'll Do.
leading the product development process from initial design concept through commercialization
and cost-effective development of products
partnering with Design
Production Operations
and confirming factory costings
and managing cost logs
owning proto and SRS ordering
ensuring accurate creation
and updates of BOMs and product data in PLM
managing the handover of samples prior to bulk production
accountable for on-time and in-full delivery of all proto and development samples
tracking and managing approval status of AMS PD and proto samples
overseeing sample management for cross-functional reviews and design meetings
proactively identifying risks
and driving solutions
supporting continuous improvement of product development processes
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
key liaison between Design, Raw Materials, Technical Design, AMS Product Development teams, vendors, and hub offices; support and strengthen cross-functional partnerships; collaborate with AMS Product Development; Represent Product Development in cross-functional milestone meetings; driving clarity, alignment, and efficient decision-making
