Must Have

5+ years of experience in digital product analytics or related fields, Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, Hands-on, expert-level experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch (required, non-negotiable), Proven experience defining and implementing digital measurement strategies, Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights, Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing, Prior people leadership or team mentoring experience

What You'll Do.

Own and lead digital measurement strategy across the full product lifecycle

Translate product intent

and KPIs into implementation-ready measurement specifications

Ensure analytics design is proactively embedded in product planning

Lead hands-on Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch design and enablement

Be accountable for analytics readiness at launch

Partner closely with Digital Engineering/MTS to drive implementation readiness

Lead analytics validation in QA/UAT environments and perform release verification

Serve as the point of accountability for digital measurement quality and completeness at release

Enable scalable self-service reporting and journey-level analytics

Reduce dependency on ad hoc analyst support

Establish and maintain measurement standards

Implement ongoing data quality monitoring and validation processes

Coach and mentor analysts on sound measurement judgment and analytics best practices

Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify trends

Partner with product teams to design

and interpret A/B tests and experiments

Translate insights into clear

actionable recommendations
